At Umniah Mobile Company, I supported microwave and Nokia 1830 PSS DWDM operations, investigating transmission issues with OTDR and optical power analysis.
I also tested backup connectivity and configured static routing on Huawei RTN equipment to support disaster recovery and failover readiness. I resolved a GPS oscillator issue by switching the timing source to Amman GPS and restoring network synchronization.
In network performance and service quality, I monitored KPIs across radio access, core, and transmission networks, and developed Power BI dashboards for operational reporting. I used CEM troubleshooting, call tracing, and root cause analysis to investigate service quality issues.
In NGN operations, I supported VoIP and VoBB services, SIP trunking, PRA, and TDM integration. I led the NGN/VoIP function and trained and onboarded a team in systems, operations, and troubleshooting practices.
