I'm currently supporting Vodafone UK's HALO product, partnering with Product Owners, UX designers, developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders to deliver customer-centric enhancements. I turn requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, journey maps, process maps, and delivery-ready backlogs.
Across Sandhata Technologies, Allyis India, Concentrix, and Microscan Infocommtech, I've led requirement gathering, stakeholder communication, BRD creation, impact analysis, UAT, and Agile delivery for telecommunications, BFSI, stock broking, and digital products. I've also created Google SQL dashboards and Power BI insights, managed Jira and Confluence documentation, and supported compliance validation and technical specifications.
I'm SAFe® POPM and ECBA certified, with hands-on experience in Jira, Confluence, Figma, MS Visio, SharePoint, Azure DevOps, SQL, and process modelling. I build trusted stakeholder relationships that support faster decisions, disciplined delivery, and practical solutions.
