I'm currently supporting Vodafone UK's HALO product, partnering with Product Owners, UX designers, developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders to deliver customer-centric digital enhancements. I turn requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, journey maps, BRDs, and prioritized backlogs.
Across Sandhata Technologies, Allyis India, Concentrix, and Microscan Infocommtech, I've led requirement workshops, stakeholder communication, impact analysis, UAT/UAR, change requests, and Agile delivery. I've also built Google SQL dashboards for Google Fiber, generated Power BI insights for Microsoft-Accelerate 2024, and served as the SPOC for BFSI and stock broking clients.
