I’m a Customer Service & Logistics Officer, currently a master’s student in Communication and Public Relations, bringing a “solid foundation in marketing” plus hands-on experience in customer service and back-office operations. I manage customer relations daily, with an ability to solve problems and handle high volumes of requests efficiently.

At NULivrer Ltd (Jan 2025 - present), I coordinate daily logistics and collaborate with internal teams to optimize workflow and operational efficiency. I also monitor and track service requests to ensure timely completion, keeping processes moving even when demand is high.

Before that, I strengthened my operational and quality mindset as a Kitchen Manager at Lea Cafe (Jun 2023 - present), where I manage kitchen operations and “plating and presenting food standards” to ensure quality and consistency. I also manage day-to-day activities and help maintain a strong service standard.

My background also includes marketing and commercial support: I contributed to content marketing and creating content to support campaigns at AEROW ECM WORLD, and I updated customer portfolios to support strong client relationships. I aim to combine clear communication, careful coordination, and reliable execution in every role I take.
