What I'm looking for

I seek a client-focused administrative or marketing role in a collaborative environment where I can manage operations, support marketing initiatives, and deliver excellent customer service.

I am a marketing and administrative professional with a bachelor’s degree in Management & Marketing from Charles Telfair Institute (Curtin University) and several years of hands-on experience across sales, client services, and office coordination.

I have led customer satisfaction activities, prepared marketing campaigns, coordinated events, and managed office rental services and invoicing. My roles included direct client follow-up, supplier coordination, and contract preparation.

I have worked in diverse environments including automotive, hospitality/retail, and coworking spaces, developing strengths in time management, communication, and organization while supporting HR and marketing administrative tasks.

I deliver practical administrative support and client-focused solutions, with a proven record of improving client experiences and managing operational details efficiently.
