I've led Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, RESTful web service, and microservices delivery across FXCM, Cognizant, Ness Technologies, Tech Mahindra, Capgemini, and Satyam.

At FXCM India, I recruited and trained a four-person team and completed a microservices spike for CX onboarding across Europe, the UK, Australia, and Asia Pacific. The platform supported customer registration, KYC document uploads, and Salesforce-based validation for FXCM trading accounts.

At Cognizant, I led teams supporting Comcast's Commercial Services Platform, World Bank Group risk systems, and E*TRADE cash-management services. My work included user stories, spikes, web-service integration, production support, cloud configuration, AWS POCs, enhancements, and team mentoring.

I've also delivered and supported banking, insurance, automotive, retail, energy, and mobile-payment applications. I enjoy building effective solutions, reviewing code, improving team capability, and helping people navigate performance and career goals.
