I’m an Operations Analyst with 2+ years of experience supporting global teams in stakeholder coordination, documentation, reporting, and process improvement. I’ve worked with U.S.-based clients, translating requirements into clear audit-ready deliverables.

At Ernst & Young (EY), I supported global SOX compliance engagements by reviewing and validating 150+ technology and business process controls. I coordinated process walkthroughs, gathered requirements, resolved queries, and maintained strong client communication—while managing audit documentation and evidence collection using EY Canvas.

I strengthened operational visibility by analyzing business processes and control documentation with Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, Macros) to reconcile data, identify inconsistencies, and improve reporting efficiency. I also tracked deliverables and monitored outstanding requests across multiple concurrent engagements to support timely project delivery.

Earlier, as a Data & Operations Analyst Intern at Shriram General Insurance, I helped streamline end-to-end motor claims processing and improved data accuracy by identifying discrepancies in GST calculations. I built Excel trackers and created Power BI dashboards and MIS reports, and in my projects I’m automating workflows with n8n and building data-driven models in Python.
