I'm looking to continue delivering business transformation, digital, data-driven, and customer-experience solutions while growing my capability in business strategy and working closely with cross-functional teams.

I've delivered business transformation, digital, and data-driven solutions for clients across financial services, insurance, and telecommunications. At Moyo Business Advisory, I support a leading bank's Fraud Transformation Programme through requirements analysis, functional specifications, customer journey maps, and future-state process design.

At BSG, I managed end-to-end requirements lifecycles, product roadmaps, delivery plans, and UAT across multiple workstreams. I also served as Scrum Master for a customer-facing medical web application, delivering user-journey improvements and an end-of-journey cross-selling capability.

I've developed business cases and strategy analyses for banking and telecommunications transformation initiatives, including an AWS cloud readiness assessment and migration roadmap aligned to executive objectives.
