What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a customer-facing role where I can use my customer service strengths and tech-savvy mindset (CRM/ticketing) to solve issues quickly, work calmly under pressure, and grow within a supportive, fast-paced team.

I’m a motivated, detail-oriented customer service professional with hands-on experience in fast-paced retail environments. I bring a strong technical edge from my Computer Science degree while delivering calm, empathetic support to diverse customers.

In my Customer Service and Cashier roles (2024–2025), I handled 50+ customer transactions per day with accuracy, speed, and a friendly attitude. I resolved complaints and inquiries on the spot, using CRM tools and maintaining clear communication with team members.

Tech-savvy by nature, I learn CRM tools, ticketing systems, and software quickly. I also work well independently and remotely, managing digital tasks while staying responsive to customers’ needs.

I’m known for composure under pressure, active listening, and a problem-first mindset—focused on solving the customer’s issue, not just closing the ticket. I aim to consistently deliver satisfaction, return visits, and a truly positive customer experience.
