At Labsaa Contracting Company, I lead a contracting company with an active book of 20 projects valued at SAR 100M. I restructured the organization, established project controls and reporting, and raised gross margin from 10% to 15% through tighter cost control and subcontractor renegotiation.
At General Administration of Facilities & Engineering Affairs, I directed portfolios valued at SAR 1B and SAR 600M. I built a portfolio governance model with the Board and key stakeholders, setting roles, decision rights and escalation paths.
I also led a SAR 580M housing program covering 500 residential units and site infrastructure. Across my construction work, I have delivered projects including schools, a sewage treatment plant and a hospital; I hold PfMP, PgMP, PMP, PMI-RMP and P3O certifications.
