I lead SEC electrical infrastructure delivery across Unified Contract, turnkey, and LSTK projects, spanning distribution networks, substations, and commissioning.
At Fuel Professional Consulting, I manage 19 engineers supervising Saudi Electricity Company Development Projects in the Tabuk Region, coordinating SE/PDC, contractors, technical submittals, quality, HSE, risks, and performance reporting.
Previously, I led a 110+ person team at Raissy Trading and Contracting on an SEC grid-modernization project, delivering more than 50 km of upgraded electrical infrastructure and completing key 2024 phases two months ahead of schedule. I have also managed SAR 36 million and approximately SAR 15.5 million projects while leading multidisciplinary teams, budgets, schedules, and stakeholder coordination.
I bring hands-on experience from planning and procurement through FAT, SAT, testing, commissioning, and final handover, backed by PMP, PMI-RMP, PMI-ACP, and CAPM certifications.
