At HERE Technologies, I design and implement spatial data-integration processes using FME. I built road-surface discrepancy and line-deduplication pipelines, and developed a grid-parallel engine to compare road data with OpenStreetMap and government sources.
I also use Claude Code daily on HERE pipelines, reviewing and validating generated Python and PostGIS/pgRouting SQL against real data. For Sydney network comparison, I migrated topology to pgRouting 4 and parallelized clipping, noding, and matching.
Since 2011, I’ve run León-UX, an independent consultancy delivering GIS, infrastructure, and security projects for institutional clients. I deployed a GeoServer/MapStore/PostgreSQL/PostGIS stack and identified and patched a critical GeoServer vulnerability.
Earlier, I built data and GIS systems for government, healthcare, and research organizations. My work includes a cadastral platform for 600,000 accounts and a diagnostic-control system that has operated for over 16 years with only 2 hours of downtime.
