On Project Sección C, I developed a GIS environment connecting INEGI 2020 census information with electoral section geography at manzana level. I georeferenced electoral information within an INEGI geographic framework and integrated census, electoral and territorial datasets.
I developed analytical methods for territorial patterns, including the Índice de Rezago Social por Manzana (IRSO), and produced multiscale analysis, cartographic products, visual reports and executive presentations. I also conducted data-quality reviews and used AI-assisted workflows for research, preparation, analysis and documentation.
As an independent GIS and cadastral consultant, I served as technical production lead on cadastral and cartographic projects in several municipalities. My work included GIS and data-collection systems for cadastral tax-revenue projects, orthorectification, digitization and cartography using aerial imagery.
