Nadya Fahira
@nadyafahira
I analyze fisheries data to support sustainable marine policy and data-driven development.
What I'm looking for
At Indonesia’s Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries, I analyzed fisheries and marine datasets across 34 provinces, cleaned and validated 10,000+ records, and produced 15+ visualizations and reports for policy briefs and stakeholder discussions.
My fisheries experience also includes financial and technical analysis for 30+ fishing-vessel docking operations at PT. Perikanan Indonesia Port Services, as well as fieldwork, survey analysis, and academic coordination at Diponegoro University. I earned a Bachelor of Fisheries and published research on ecological stability, economic growth, oceanographic variability, and coastal interventions in fisheries systems.
I bring international perspective from the IISMA exchange at Sapienza University of Rome, where I completed sustainable development coursework and collaborated with students from more than 10 countries. I’m interested in sustainable fisheries, marine policy, and using evidence to support development.
