I'm completing my master's thesis in Didier Stainier's lab at the Max Planck Institute for Heart and Lung Research, investigating how sympathetic nerves influence cardiac regeneration in zebrafish.
My recent research spans aging, cancer, and immune responses: at ISTA, I studied species-specific nucleoporin longevity in human and mouse cells using the RITE system and proteomics; at Restore, I characterized immune responses in a zebrafish aging model of heart disease.
At IPBS, I worked on progesterone receptor condensates in cancer and contributed to research on their transcriptional regulation using single-particle tracking, deep-learning trajectory analysis, transcriptomics, and functional assays.
I also bring product-management experience from BSH Home Appliances alongside hands-on laboratory work in genotyping, qPCR, cell culture, cloning, transfection, immunostaining, Western blotting, and animal models.
