At Organoid Biology Lab, LIMES Institute, Bonn University, I cultured and maintained human iPSC-derived lung organoids. I also performed immunofluorescence staining and confocal imaging of organoids. I isolated and characterized cell populations using FACS and conducted DNA/RNA extraction, qPCR, and ELISA. I contributed to experimental design, data collection, protocol optimization, and scientific documentation.

I also have some experience in customer interaction and inside sales and I discovered that I really enjoy talking to people and understanding what they need

I am now looking for opportunities where I can combine science, communication and people in the life-sciences field!
