@aychemaksoud
Nanoscience MSc candidate at Osnabrück University building reproducible proteomics pipelines for planarian regeneration research.
What I'm looking for
At Osnabrück University, I designed and implemented a reproducible R-based pipeline for quantitative proteomics of cellular and extracellular vesicles across planarian regeneration stages. I used it to clean and quality-check data, assess replicate consistency, and identify regeneration-associated protein expression patterns.
I also support Oxford Nanopore direct-RNA transcriptomics analysis in R, including sequencing quality control and differential-expression analysis. I produce reproducible RMarkdown reports and visualizations to support interpretation and scientific reporting.
My practical research has included studying extracellular-vesicle uptake during planarian regeneration, as well as membrane fusion and inflammatory cell-death mechanisms. I’ve applied laboratory methods including microinjection, immunofluorescence, protein purification, Western blotting, and fluorescence microscopy.
