What I'm looking for

I'm looking for innovative biomedical, imaging, or data-driven healthcare projects where I can combine modelling, data, technology, and experimental biology to improve research or clinical solutions.

I'm a Science Manager at LAPTI, and I build quantitative biomedical research solutions spanning medical imaging, scientific computing, mathematical modelling, and data analysis.

At MIPT, I designed and evaluated more than 10 in vitro and two large in vivo vaccine-research experiments, developed a COVID-19 vaccine prototype based on AAV, and automated cross-reactivity assessment with Python. I also contributed to two scientific papers and improved experimental reporting workflows.

I'm completing an MSc in Biomedical Engineering and Medical Physics at the Technical University of Munich, where I have modelled cortical circuits as dynamical systems and maintained reproducible neural-simulation analysis pipelines. My four years of molecular biology laboratory experience lets me connect experimental work with quantitative approaches to biology and healthcare.
