I’m a results-driven Marketing and Software Operations professional, combining digital marketing, sales support, and market research with hands-on e-commerce platform management. I focus on turning operational reliability into customer engagement and business growth.

In my current role as a Software Operations Officer, I manage daily operations of the Smart Winga e-commerce platform—maintaining accurate product listings, monitoring quality and efficiency, and supporting product launches. I also design promotional posters and marketing materials to help campaigns perform across digital channels.

Earlier, I supported go-to-market work at China Boda and Tanzania Bud Electric Car by conducting market research, analyzing customer trends, and coordinating communications. I’ve also led online and offline campaign planning, managed social media and promotional content, and contributed as an Influencer & Content Creator at Sokabet Tanzania to grow brand visibility and audience engagement.

I’ve strengthened my customer-facing skills as a Sales & Customer Service Trainee and built strong attention to detail as a Census Enumerator. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Marketing Management, I bring strong communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving to thrive in fast-paced environments.
