At Amex GBT on the Neo1 project, I contribute to QA for a web application by creating test plans, executing tests in Jira and Xray, and building Cypress end-to-end automation. I support regression cycles, release validation, and Go/No-Go decisions while working closely with product, development, and design teams.
Previously at Upfluence and Aircall, I delivered end-to-end, regression, exploratory, web, and iOS testing; managed defects through Jira; monitored automated runs and application performance; and improved test coverage. I use AI tools such as Claude to develop test scenarios, uncover edge cases, and strengthen QA documentation and bug analysis.
