Zohra Touazi

I’m a QA Lead with 8+ years of experience, from regulated medical software to SaaS platforms.

In my current role, I built the QA function from the ground up in a company that had no testing process. I defined the test strategy, the release regression approach and risk-based prioritisation, and set up QA metrics and reporting to give the team visibility on quality.

I hired and manage a team of three QA engineers (automation and manual) while staying hands-on. I also designed an interactive QA coverage map, with automation status synced from Jira and Xray.

I lead our automation roadmap across acceptance, functional front-end and end-to-end tests, all integrated into the CI/CD pipeline. I’m currently leading LLM evaluation: testing AI outputs is the area I’m most excited about, and I use AI tools like Claude daily in my work.

Before that, I verified and validated 2D and 3D imaging software for a medical imaging company. I defined test strategies with developers, wrote BDD scenarios in Gherkin, and tested a server migration to Azure cloud.

ISTQB Foundation and Test Management certified, plus the MoT Foundation Certificate in Test Automation. Fluent in English, native French and Arabic.
