At My Way Children Center, I develop and evaluate individualised ABA/VB programmes for children with autism spectrum, ADHD, speech delays, and other developmental needs. I use VB-MAPP, behavioural data, and ongoing programme adjustments to monitor learning needs and progress.
As Senior Behavioural Therapist and PIC, I coordinate daily operations, supervise therapists and staff, support recruitment and training, and align clinical and operational needs with parents, therapists, and management. My nursing education and accreditation support experience strengthen my approach to documentation, service procedures, and reporting.
