Previously at Algorithm Generation Limited, I maintained employee records, supported recruitment and onboarding, prepared payroll data and HR reports, and helped update policies and compliance processes. At ACI Motors Limited, I shaped product roadmaps, analyzed markets and user feedback, supported launches, and coordinated product delivery across engineering, design, marketing, and sales.

As Head of HR and Administration at Bikalpa Can and Closure Company Limited, I managed employee lifecycle activities, office operations, payroll-related work, reporting, budgets, internal controls, supplier coordination, and audit support.

My earlier work spans travel management, B2B travel services, IT procurement, accounting reports, reconciliations, and customer administration. I bring a practical, cross-functional approach to improving operations and helping management make informed decisions.
