My HR Analytics and Workforce Intelligence Platform includes 18 interactive dashboards across workforce, recruitment, performance, payroll, engagement, and attrition. I created HR KPI measures and predictive insights using Power BI, DAX, and star-schema data modeling to support workforce planning and data-driven HR decisions.

I've also built an e-commerce BI platform with 11 dashboards covering sales, customers, marketing, inventory, supply chain, and finance, including forecasting, RFM analysis, and financial insights. For a US pharmacy client, I automated monthly reporting workflows by integrating IFC and inventory reports through Excel, Power Query, Power Pivot, and DAX.
