What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a data or business analytics role where I can use SQL, Excel, Tableau, and Power BI to turn operational data into clear dashboards, actionable insights, and better business decisions.

I track daily sales, inventory turnover, operational expenses, cash flow, customer purchasing trends, and product demand for Top Man, helping optimize seasonal purchasing and stock allocation.

Through personal analytics projects, I've cleaned and analyzed workforce, retail sales, and Bangladesh garment factory data using SQL, Excel, and Tableau. My work has surfaced turnover drivers, regional profit trends, discount impacts, productivity metrics, machine utilization, and workforce distribution.

I've built interactive Tableau dashboards with action filters, custom parameters, KPI cards, trend graphs, regional heatmaps, and age-bracket breakdowns for decision-making.

I enjoy translating complex datasets into practical recommendations, from retention strategies and labor allocation to pricing adjustments and inventory decisions.
