I am Nabhodipta Garai, a Software Engineer with expertise in Flutter, iOS, and backend development, passionate about problem-solving, building impactful products, and continuously learning across diverse tech stacks.

At Snabbit, I work as a Software Developer II, contributing to both mobile and backend development. I’ve led the end-to-end development of production-grade apps like Expert, Refer & Earn, and OG (Operations)—owning critical features such as onboarding, job assignment, QR-based payments, dashboards, and real-time updates. I also expanded into backend engineering with Python FastAPI, integrating third-party services (Razorpay, PhonePe, MyOperator), and implementing event logging and crash analytics with CleverTap, AppsFlyer, and Coralogix.

Previously at CometChat, a global SaaS company, I developed Flutter Chat SDKs, iOS Chat UI Kits, and 130+ reusable UI components used by enterprise clients including Kahoot, Sony Liv, and KKR. A highlight was designing a decorator-pattern–based plug-and-play architecture, enabling modular, lightweight feature integration across platforms. I also introduced ThemeExtension in Flutter UI Kit V5, a game-changing feature that simplified styling and boosted developer experience.

I bring a design-first or backend-first approach, depending on project needs, with an emphasis on clean, testable, and maintainable code. My workflow often involves building UI with mock data first to ensure API contracts are seamless, saving time during integration.

Beyond coding, I enjoy mentoring junior developers, writing design documents, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, user-centric solutions.

Looking ahead, my goal is to grow into a Fullstack Developer and eventually a CTO or Product Manager, leading teams to build products that create real impact. I thrive in supportive, growth-oriented environments where I can contribute, learn, and innovate
