Led strategic fintech projects with CXO-level visibility, aligning branchless banking and digital payments initiatives with company strategy and a USD 500M revenue target. Delivered revenue-generating initiatives, expanded retail distribution to 300+ nodes, and embedded AML/CFT and FATF compliance.

Managed a €1.5B strategic portfolio across Value Added Services and mobile financial services with CXO-level visibility. Part of the team that launched Easypaisa, which grew to 10M+ users, and built an in-house VAS platform that saved €0.5M per year.
