What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a virtual assistance or administrative support role where I can manage CRM accounts, coordinate content, support clients, and contribute to organized, reliable workflows.

I'm currently providing freelance General VA support as a GoHighLevel Account Assistant, managing client accounts, user access, onboarding, digital records, and content scheduling across YouTube and social platforms. I also create Canva graphics and assist with video editing to support business content.

I've supported customers at VXI Global for Comcast and financial accounts, handling billing, technical troubleshooting, account updates, transactions, and service upgrades. At Alorica, I assisted Caesars travel customers with hotel and restaurant reservations while delivering prompt, friendly service.
