I’m an Asset Protection Specialist with a strong background in investigations, fraud detection, and risk assessment. I analyze behavior and transaction patterns to spot what matters—then act quickly to prevent loss while protecting the customer experience.

In my current role, I conduct investigations into suspicious activity using internal fraud detection and case management systems (COST, FTM). I interview individuals to gather information and assess credibility, and I maintain detailed case documentation aligned with internal compliance and audit standards.

I’ve also contributed to measurable results, helping reduce store shrink from ~$1.9M to ~$868K and then ~$767K through proactive investigations and risk mitigation. I’m comfortable making real-time decisions under pressure, balancing strong judgment with careful documentation.

Alongside asset protection work, I support executive protection as a Security Specialist, assessing risk in real time and identifying suspicious behavior in high-pressure environments. I de-escalate threats, document incidents clearly and accurately, and review outcomes to improve safety and preparedness.
