What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a fast-paced remote Customer Experience Specialist role where I can use my customer support instincts, troubleshooting mindset, and attention to detail.

At Magik Detergent Company, I supported operations and production in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. I collaborated with a team on packaging accuracy and quality, and resolved minor workflow issues to keep production on schedule.

At Obafemi Awolowo University, I researched academic papers and turned complex information into clear summaries. I also used Microsoft Excel to organize data and track project timelines for group assignments.

My Ethical Hacking training strengthened my technical troubleshooting approach, and I’ve used it to solve problems and navigate new software platforms in academic projects. I’m seeking a remote Customer Experience Specialist role where I can apply my customer support instincts and troubleshooting mindset.
