I am a dedicated and compassionate individual with a strong passion for helping others. As a professional counselor, I am committed to providing mental health support to those in need. With experience in volunteering and project assistance, I have developed strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and time management skills.

My experience as a Junior Counselor at Honest Hour has given me the opportunity to work with young adolescents, guiding them to overcome their challenges and achieve their goals. I am confident in my ability to provide consultation services in English and Japanese.

I am a strong believer in continuous learning and self-improvement. I have completed various courses and training programs, including the TOEFL iBT, Foundation Skills for Professional Counselors, Research Methods, Psychology First Aid, and Basic Counseling Short Training.
