I'm building and maintaining high-performance applications at the Ministry of Budget in Kinshasa using C#, ASP.NET, and React, while translating client needs into scalable technical solutions.
Previously at Virunga Foundation SARL, I built web systems with Laravel, Django, and React, integrated APIs, administered databases and AWS services, and implemented Odoo ERP services across departments. I also trained staff on Odoo and Sage systems, resolved and documented user tickets, and helped establish a new support office in Beni.
