At Akieni, I lead a squad of five engineers and make system design decisions, document architectures, and work with clients to translate their needs into technical plans.
For the Government universal health insurance platform (CAMU), I designed and built a microservices platform deployed on AWS and Kubernetes. It serves more than 5,000 requests per day and integrates with mobile money providers, banking, and an external biometric fingerprint system.
At Akieni, I also delivered the NSIA Assurances microservices backend, administration portal, and two mobile applications. The platform handles more than 1,000 requests per day and supports real-time notifications, OTP delivery, and mobile money payments.
Previously, at Axialys, I led backend development for a public API programme and contributed to a monolith-to-microservices migration. Across my work, I’ve built distributed systems and APIs, deployed workloads on Kubernetes, and documented service integrations.
