What I'm looking for

A design role with real ownership over decisions, from concept through to final execution. I want a strong design culture, room to grow into more senior scope, and ideally a remote or flexible setup that lets me focus deeply rather than juggling too many accounts at once.

I'm a design leader based in Pakistan with a background in architecture (B.Arch, MFA with gold medal). I lead brand and design at a growth agency, running teams across static design, product/UI-UX, and video, while also running my own studio working with fintech, telehealth, Web3, and DTC e-commerce clients. My architectural training shaped how I approach design: systems-first, structurally sound, and detail-driven. I'm looking to go deeper on senior design ownership, ideally on one focused product with a strong design culture.
