I lead Schaeffler Technology Solutions’ 120-person embedded software department in Pune, owning implementation from requirements and architecture through integration and qualification for global electric-drive products.

I also lead the software-defined vehicle workstream for distributed systems, steering the move toward high-performance computing platforms with Linux, hypervisors, and Adaptive AUTOSAR across mixed ECU landscapes.

Previously at Schaeffler AG, I built a 53-engineer cross-country DevOps and software-integration organization, migrated Windchill to GitHub Enterprise, and moved Jenkins pipelines to GitHub Actions—improving efficiency by 30% and reducing OPEX by 20%.

My work spans Bosch, CARIAD, Rolls-Royce Power Systems, and Intel, delivering safety-critical driver assistance, vehicle-to-cloud platforms, battery storage systems, and RF test automation while applying PMP, functional safety, cybersecurity, and process-maturity practices.
