What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead global R&D and product-development programs spanning hardware, embedded software, and electro-mechanical systems, with ownership of technology roadmaps, teams, compliance, cost optimization, and end-to-end delivery.

I lead global hardware, embedded software, and electro-mechanical R&D programs, bringing products from feasibility and prototyping through validation, compliance, and SOP.

At BorgWarner, I lead validation across eight EV inverter and ICE ECU projects for OEMs including BMW, Audi, Ford, and Daimler, improving efficiency by 30% in six months. I manage a 29-member team and introduced AI-enabled test-script review and tool automation that reduced review time from eight hours to five minutes.

Previously at Honeywell, Brigosha Technologies, and Tech Mahindra, I delivered NPI, automotive electronics, telematics, BMS, EV, and fire-detection programs while owning cost, risk, quality, and P&L outcomes. Across more than 20 years, I have delivered cumulative savings of about $4M, launched products, scaled an offshore development center from 1 to 28, and led teams across India, the USA, Germany, Canada, and Japan.
