I seek a safety-first, collaborative organization where I can lead facilities and maintenance operations, implement SOP-driven improvements, mentor teams, and drive asset reliability and cost control.

I am a facilities maintenance and operations leader with over 12 years managing multimillion-dollar commercial sites and one of Bangladesh's largest gas plants, focused on safety, uptime, and efficient resource use.

I lead cross-shift maintenance teams, implement CM/PM programs, and improve operational planning to reduce waste and boost productivity. I have coached, hired, and mentored staff to meet demanding performance metrics.

My technical toolkit includes AutoCAD, 3D Max, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, V-ray, and electrical qualifications such as AEP and Permit to Work standards; I also hold MSW and ISO 14001:2015 familiarity.

I deliver results through practical, SOP-driven lifecycle management, incident investigation, and stakeholder collaboration to ensure compliance, asset reliability, and continuous improvement.
