At Jisr, I manage research operations for the product design and UX research team, running recruitment, scheduling, interviews, usability tests, focus groups, and surveys. I maintain participant data and research repositories so findings remain retrievable and comparable across studies.
Previously, I reconciled HR data for eight Saudi client companies across Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, Mudad, and Jisr HRIS, building Excel models that surfaced compliance risks hidden between systems. I also bring hands-on experience in payroll, employee records, training planning, data validation, and translating incomplete data into prioritised decisions.
