I'm looking for a recruitment or talent acquisition role where I can manage candidate pipelines, coordinate hiring stakeholders, support end-to-end recruitment, and contribute through proactive follow-ups and clear communication.

I've supported high-volume recruitment at Teleperformance, screening and evaluating profiles, maintaining CRM records, and coordinating with internal teams to keep hiring processes moving.

I conduct structured candidate conversations to assess communication, role fit, and interest, while supporting onboarding and training for new hires. I focus on quality benchmarks, compliance standards, timely follow-ups, and clear stakeholder communication.
