What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an opportunity to use and improve my English while supporting clear communication between Japanese and international partners. I value cross-cultural work, accurate documentation, client relationships, and opportunities to contribute through communication and coordination.

I support international clients at LB Co., Ltd. through daily English communication, customer inquiries, order processing, commercial invoices, packing lists, overseas meetings, and factory tours.

I've also worked at Dai-ichi Life Insurance Company, selling insurance and investment products, progressing contracts, and leading a team of 5–6 people. With studies in English and American Studies and a Canadian study-abroad program, I bring fluent English, careful documentation, compliance awareness, and cross-cultural understanding.
