At Kaiser Permanente, I configure and monitor the KP Mobile application on iOS and Android with Dynatrace. I create dashboards to analyze performance and report weekly crash-free user rates.
I also review Dynatrace problem cards across production and non-production applications, share crash groups with developers, and analyze App Store reviews to identify low ratings and support better mobile performance.
At Frontier Communications, I installed Dynatrace OneAgents and Active Gateways, and created dashboards showing application, infrastructure, and network health. I also triaged production issues and worked as Product Owner for SIMPL/APT/RMS applications.
Across earlier client engagements, I configured Dynatrace, AppDynamics, DCRUM, SolarWinds, and Splunk monitoring. My work included application instrumentation, dashboards and alerts, end-user monitoring, and performance analysis.
