I’m a Site Reliability/DevOps engineer focused on supporting highly available cloud-native infrastructure—especially Kubernetes-based microservices—through automated CI/CD, strong observability, and disciplined incident management. At Uber Freight, I built and maintained CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, and GitHub Actions, helping improve deployment automation, release reliability, and development efficiency.
I also manage Docker-based microservices deployments with Kubernetes and Helm, implementing automated scaling, rolling updates, and rollback strategies across OCI and GKE environments. I automate infrastructure provisioning and deployment workflows with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), create Datadog dashboards/alerts and APM tracking, and run proactive incident response using PagerDuty (plus escalation policies and on-call support), including root cause analysis (RCA) and preventive fixes.
