During my time as a Management Trainee at Tandeen Group of Companies, I honed my organizational and leadership skills by developing metrics for projecting goals and organizing meetings for board directors. My experience as a Barista at Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins taught me the importance of customer service and efficient operations, which I carry into all my professional endeavors.
