I’m a business management professional with hands-on experience running day-to-day operations across fast-paced customer service environments. As an assistant manager, I owned inventory, scheduling, training, onboarding, and customer service—making sure the team and workflow stayed ready and consistent.

As a manager, I grew from crew staff to shift lead and then to leading the location. I handled product ordering, inventory, scheduling, interviewing and onboarding, and ensured the location was prepared for evaluations and inspections—while supporting community integration events.

I bring strong fundamentals in budgeting, meeting quotas, documentation skills, communication, and time management, along with marketing experience through a TikTok creator pilot program. I’m currently pursuing an associate’s in Psychology and want to keep expanding my business management skills as I work toward a business degree alongside my psychology goals.
