At Godi Studio LTD, I managed client acquisition through Fiverr and online outbound channels, from prospect research and lead qualification to proposal preparation.
I handled first contact with prospects, clarified requirements and project scope, and handed project briefs to developers. I also coordinated store content work with the agency development team.
For freelance clients, I supported day-to-day ecommerce operations across Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, WooCommerce, eBay, and Etsy. I maintained product catalogs and processed orders, including customer queries about deliveries, changes, returns, and exchanges.
I achieved Fiverr Level One seller status and am studying for a BS in Business Data Analytics at COMSATS University Islamabad. My experience also includes SEO, analytics, and automation.
