What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build practical machine learning, RAG, and NLP products that solve meaningful real-world problems, especially privacy-conscious systems for Bangla and low-resource language users.

At Innospace Infotech, I shipped Brritto AI, a RAG chatbot that reached 1,658 users across 2,057 sessions in its first 10 days. I also built an OCR-to-structured-content pipeline that increased exam-question throughput from 600 to 1,500–2,000 per 8-hour shift.

I'm building MonCare at UIU AIMS Lab, a private trilingual mental-health support chatbot running on a local GPU with crisis detection and verified-helpline safeguards. My work spans RAG pipelines, vector search, reranking, local LLMs, OCR, NLP, and production model deployment.

Previously, I developed billing modules and an internal RAG chatbot at DataSoft, and taught Data Structures at BRAC University. I also build privacy-focused projects including Amar Kotha, DeshScan, and BanglaMUX for low-resource Bangla dialect transcription and translation.

Building MonCare, a private trilingual mental-health support chatbot running fully on a local GPU, with a two-stage crisis-detection gate. Engineered its RAG pipeline with bge-m3 embeddings, FAISS over a 19K-item counseling corpus, cross-encoder rerank, and local GPT-OSS-20B with an output guard enforcing verified crisis helplines.
