What I'm looking for

I’m looking for flexible, creative work where I can use my skills in website design, visual art and video production. I enjoy working with businesses and individuals who value strong visual presentation, original ideas and practical design. I’m especially interested in projects where I have clear goals, creative freedom and can produce something visually distinctive and useful.

I’m a multidisciplinary creative based in South Africa, working across visual art, website design and video production.

My physical art practice includes watercolour, acrylic and mixed-media work, with a strong interest in creating original pieces that can live naturally in homes, offices and other interior spaces. I enjoy producing art that is both visually engaging and practical enough to become part of a person’s everyday environment.

Alongside my art, I design and build websites for a wide range of clients. I enjoy taking a business or idea and translating it into a clean, professional and visually strong online presence, with particular attention to layout, imagery and how a visitor experiences the site.

I also produce high-quality video content in South Africa, including cinematic footage for businesses, tourism, properties, products, people and location-based productions. I’m especially interested in projects that make use of South Africa’s landscapes, environments and visual character.

I work well independently, communicate clearly with clients and enjoy projects where creative thinking, visual storytelling and practical execution come together.

As owner of Ginger Designs, I create websites, visual content, original artwork and video for a wide range of clients. I manage projects from concept to delivery, working directly with clients to understand their ideas and turn them into strong, practical visual solutions. My work also includes watercolour, acrylic and mixed-media art for homes, businesses and creative projects across industries.

I created advertising material, managed in-house printing, designed marketing content and handled the company’s website build, updates and ongoing maintenance. I worked as a photographer and sales agent for Carnival Cruise Lines, photographing large numbers of guests in a fast-paced cruise environment. I also worked in the onboard photo gallery, presenting and selling images directly to passengers. The role combined photography, customer service, sales, communication and working confidently with people from many different backgrounds.
