At Qatar Executive, I was the first point of contact for private jet passengers and crew at a business aviation FBO. I managed bookings and ground arrangements, coordinating hotels, chauffeurs, suppliers and flight crew as schedules changed.
At Caesars Palace and Jumeirah, I handled room service and guest requests for international clientele, including VIP and repeat guests. I also personally handled billing, complaints and special requests at Caesars Palace.
I currently run a wholesale and retail trading business across four sales channels, managing client relationships, supplier negotiations and daily operations. I manage over 460 product lines in an ERP system, build Excel reports and automated daily reporting with a self-built Python tool.
