At the Government Legal Department, I manage complex casework by assessing evidence and making policy-based decisions. I also review applications, request further evidence where needed, and communicate decisions to applicants.
I coordinate case activity across Legal, Paralegal, HR, Finance and IT teams. I prepare responses to court documentation and regulatory enquiries, and carry out quality assurance on case decisions.
At the Ministry of Defence, I conducted detailed assessments of cases involving individuals and families to determine risk and eligibility. I analysed evidence and prepared reports to support operational and legal decision making.
Earlier, at the Home Office and NHS, I managed sensitive casework, prepared legal correspondence and handled customer enquiries. My NHS work also included budgeting, Excel reporting, financial administration, and support for cyber security awareness and risk management activities.
