What I'm looking for

I’m looking to move into procurement and category management, applying my MSc business training and experience in commercial analysis, governance, data-driven decision-making, and process improvement.

I've delivered data-driven insight and operational improvements across the Department for Work and Pensions, Capita’s service delivery partnership with Transport for London, and regulated public-sector environments. My work combines complex financial and performance analysis, management reporting, governance, and case review.

At Capita, I designed and implemented a governance and audit framework that reduced critical errors by over 40%, and I project-managed a workload and monitoring-process redesign. I also held formal line-management responsibility, including appraisals and attendance and performance management.

In my current DWP role, I analyse complex case and financial data, produce Power BI and Excel reports for senior stakeholders, and prioritise live caseloads by risk and deadline. I’m bringing my MSc in International Business and Management and analytical foundation into procurement and category management.
